Cub Scouting is for boys & girls in elementary grades 1~5. Pack 81 welcomes boys & Girls from ANY school or who are home-schooled. Dens meet every Thursday at 7:00pm at Journey Christian Church. Joining and participation costs are low and affordable for any family.
Bullitt County Partners in Prevention (PIP) is a coalition of caring involved citizens working to create a safe and healthy environment through comprehensive prevention services and reducing substance abuse among Bullitt County youth and families. Partners in Prevention was established as a drug-free coalition in 1995 and is currently a Drug-Free Communities (DFC) grant recipient. Everyone is welcome to join!
The Extension Homemakers organization partners with the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service to provide educational programs, leadership activities, and community development in Bullitt County. There are 4 traditional clubs and 4 special interest clubs (sewing, quilting, cooking and crafts). They volunteer throughout the county serving various groups and local citizens. They are a part of the largest international organization: Associated Country Women of the World.

The troop meets every Tuesday night from 7~9 PM at the Shepherdsville Community Center, 176 Frank E. Simon Ave, Shepherdsville. Map and driving directions are posted on the troop’s website.
