Service to the Armed Forces – Provides emergency communications between the armed forces and their family here at home. Emergency financial assistance is available. Must be the service member or immediate family to initiate the service by calling (800) RED CROSS or (800) 733-2767.
Disaster Services – Assists the community to prevent, prepare for and respond to disasters and other emergencies. Responds directly to the scene of all structure fires in Bullitt County providing direct financial assistance for the basic essentials of life (Food, Clothing, Shelter, life essential medications and equipment). Provides Disaster Health Services, Disaster Mental Health Services and emergency Mass Sheltering and Feeding and bulk distribution of relief supplies in larger disasters. Blood Services and Blood related products – Coordinates county wide blood collections to insure a safe blood supply for the community. Coordinate blood drives by calling (502) 955-6259. Health & Safety Programs – National leader in providing Community CPR and First Aid Training.
